Description:  

Delegated will gain an understanding of the functionality within the Process Manager module. The benefits provided by the Business Rules, Transfer Manager and Reconciliation Manager functionality will be explored to show how the three components can be used to validate and automate transactional entry, automate and manipulate file transfers, and create automatic reconciliation routines.  

Suitable for:  

• Users who wish to gain an understanding of the Process Manager functionality

• SunSystems Administrators

• Internal Support staff

Pre-requisites:         

• A good understanding of SunSystems Ledger Accounting module

• An understanding of basic accounting

Objectives:

By the end of this course, delegates will be able to:

• Understand the functionality provided by three main components of Process Manager

• Understand hoe the components can be combined to dramatic effect

• Create basic Business Rules for data validation and automation

• Understand the use of Transfer Manager for the transfer and manipulation of import and export data files

• Understand the use of Reconciliation Manager to reconcile accounts across multiple Ledgers and Databases
