SunSystems Collect

Description:  

Delegates will gain an understanding of the set up and use of the Collect program. All the required setup functionality will be explored, and an emphasis place on the effective and efficient use of the program. The sessions will also include the creation of automatic processes for the generation of dunning letters (i.e. the credit control document cycle).

• All users who wish to understand or use of the Collect program

• SunSystems key users

• Internal Support staff

Pre-requisites:         

• A basic understanding of SunSystems Ledger Accounting module

• An understanding of basic accounting

Objectives:

By the end of the course, delegates will be able to:

• Understand the concepts of Collect

• Create Action types

• Create Ageing Bands

• Create Notes 

• Create new address details and contact records

• Create Search Sets

• Create To-Do Lists

• Produce debtors statements

• Produce dunning letters

• Run Standard reports
